"The “policies” are a bit hard to understand. For 15 years I have been able to give my dogs their own injections (IM and sub q), but Sunset hill doesn’t allow it. Seems like it’s just for the money, especially when the price of the cytopoint med/tech visit has gone up 4 times in the last 7 months Also incredibly difficult to get an appointment within a reasonable time The people here are wonderful and the care is great, which keeps me coming back!"

Dr. Burgess was wonderful, thorough, and compassionate in a difficult situation in which I was not sure my dog was going to survive. The tech who did his intake was also calm, thorough and extremely warm. Biggie’s care needs were met with expertise. His blood was drawn and his urine was taken without incident and the results came back just the next day. Dr. Burgess did a wonderful job of creating a comprehensive plan of care for biggie to meet his palliative care needs in this time of his life. I love Sunset Hill."
