"For 7 years we were so happy with the care our little man received at Lien... in 2021 they were able to catch some small lumps that happened to be lymphoma and saved his life. We are forever grateful for that! Fast forward to yesterday... all new staff and not a single familiar face. The doctor did no followup, didnt clearly answer any of my questions (even those around a potential enlarged lymph node) and even asked me what vaccines we needed... you're the doctor with the chart you tell me what vaccines are due. Long story short the minute I got home I contacted a new vet and because I didn't trust the exam my baby was given we have an appointment with that new vet next week."

"STAY AWAY! We moved to West Seattle this year and have only taken our Labrador to one other vet in his lifetime. Unfortunately ours has a predisposition to mast cell tumors (MCTs) and my wife noticed one on his belly prior to his appointment with Lien in October. Dr. Kutty was the DVM she interacted with and while I was not there, she described the interaction as her being ignored and not taking her concerns seriously enough. The MCT was brushed off as "likely a fatty lipoma, no need for alarm". When I returned at the end of November to insist on a test to confirm it to be a fatty lipoma, I was similarly rebuffed however I insisted on a test...that came back positive for a cancerous MCT. As I write this, they have yet to fulfill their commitment to schedule surgery (waste of time at this point as we have since found a wonderful clinic close to West Seattle with caring, attentive doctors who have our big guy scheduled for surgery next week with follow on consults with DVMs in the area doing MCT clinical trials). I don't expect to be treated different than anyone else, but I do expect for myself and my partner to be listened to when we see something's up with our 7 year old dog, and have supporting data to indicate a potential harmful issue. As I was told, Lien used to be fantastic but after the sale to new ownership, it is no longer the clinic it was previously."

"Dr. Phillips and the Lien Clinic are a disgrace to animal medicine, I urge you to consider taking your animal to a different clinic. Our dog was having major GI issues for a month leading up to our visit to Lien on 11/7. Dr. Phillips reviewed past notes and history, then punted us to an internal medicine doctor with no concrete plan to treat existing symptoms. On 11/8, symptoms worsened, I called Lien to update, they dismissed us and offered a prescription for medication we already had. After calling on 11/8, symptoms continued to worsen (vomiting blood), which required a trip to the emergency room where the doctor confirmed our dog was extremely sick and needed urgent care. You failed our family and you failed our dog. Please don’t write some half hearted response to preserve your online reputation, instead consider being better as a clinic."

"The vets are all great but wanted to write a review because I had just the BEST customer service experience with Magnolia one of their receptionists. She was warm, friendly, so helpful and really took the time to answer my questions! Her amazing customer service brought a smile to my face for the whole day!"
