"I called this company earlier this year. The tech that showed up was very helpful and told me what needed to be replaced for my Furnace to work. He said that they don't carry the part, and I was better off buying a new furnace. The next day I get a quote for a new furnace for about $6000. I ended up speaking to the manager and he insisted that the part needed was obsolete and no longer available. My only option was to replace the whole unit. I used the information the tech gave me and looked up the part number needed for my furnace and was able find an online reputable store to buy from for $89 plus shipping. I replaced the part myself and furnace worked as intended. Its said that their solution was to replace the whole unit. I would have stayed as a customer and bought a service plan if they would have made the effort to replace the part."
