"I had Sam (ProWorks) do a 440 sq/ft home additon on new foundation, and then a complete remodel of an additional 400 square feet of existing. The quality is great, I have no complaints, I'm sure most contractors could handle this... but, the absolute best part of these guys is the communication. Sam, his foreman, and his admin assistant ALWAYS answer their phones, texts, and emails. I always knew the schedule, any changes, and was very much included in the decision making process. Sam was great at keeping stress off of the homeowner; the permitting, subcontracting, and inspections were all seamless and handled 100% by the GC.
