"I have to say the crew at the Sequim service center was the best I have experienced.. I had my head lights resurfacing done there well worth it! They also did fuel injection cleaning and of course oil change.. I have to say, took a bit of time to get it done, but worth every minute and dollar spent!"
"Absolute incompetence. I needed both batteries replaced in my diesel truck. After 3 hours, and multiple conflicting texts from them only one battery was replaced, and they said to come back for the other one. I went to chev dealer, who changed battery in 30 minutes. Another customer needed new wiper blades. They removed his old ones, then couldn't figure out how to get the new ones on."
"I had my right low beam go out so I went in to have it replaced. I drove up, told the kind employee the make/model/year info they needed, selected the type of bulb from the list they said would fit my car, then gave the keys and was told I would receive a text when it was ready. I went into the store to grab something and received a text quickly so hurried and bought my item then went back to the auto center to pay and leave. When I returned, I was told that they did not replace the headlight because they had to “move stuff”. My partner and I were a bit confused. So we asked for clarification and the employee said there was stuff in the way. No further clarification was given and it kind of seemed like that was the end of the conversation. This seemed very odd as we drive one of the nation’s most commonly used sedans and the first employee didn’t tell us this from when we came in originally but this employee also didn’t specify when we asked further. Confused and not wanting to put up a fight assuming the employees likely knew more about headlight replacement than we did, this employee said we could buy the headlight that they were going to put in and then either go somewhere else to have it replaced or put it in ourselves. So, we bought the headlight. When we got in the car, we looked up how to do it ourselves and were taken aback. All the employee doing the replacement had to do was go through the wheel well and replace the light. Nothing had to be “moved”, unless they are referring to a small part of the wheel well - which I believe an auto center would be well-equipped to handle. My partner and I figured this out from a few videos and searches so the employees who work here should know how to do this and should have done it or if were hesitant to move that small part of the wheel well, should have asked us if we were comfortable with it. Either way, they didn’t. So, we go home and try to do it ourselves with the light they recommended to us. After 1.5 hours of trying to put it in and much frustration, we realize they provided us with a light that did not fit our car. We were both covered in dirt, frustrated, and annoyed at this point. Not only could they not replace it, but they also did not provide the correct headlight! Luckily, we had an O’Reilly’s close and went there to get a new headlight that was correct for our car. We replaced the old light within a matter of minutes. I will be requesting a refund for the one that they incorrectly recommended to me for my vehicle. I understand it is also on the owner to know what belongs on their car, but as a customer, I went to this auto center for help and guidance. I was not provided with either. I will not be returning to this auto center for any business and will not be recommending to friends or family."
"They were a bit slow to greet me, but once they signed me in they were ahead of schedule. I received several text letting me know my vehicles status and the gentleman that checked my car in and the cashier were very kind and friendly! O yes, best oil change prices around!"
"Two bad experiences with this shop. Brought in truck for oil change. Got it home and noticed a puddle of oil under truck. Brought truck back and they found that the drain plug was loose. Had oil dripping on my driveway for a week due to oil that got on frame while driving. Brought in motorhome for oil change. Drove about 300 miles and went to check oil level. Where is the oil cap? Oh, there it is, sitting on the coolant overflow tank. Luckily, it sat there the whole trip. That’s the last time I go to this Walmart for an oil change."
