"During our Gig Harbor freeze, and on a Saturday, my mothers heater went out and it was getting colder by the minute in her house. She called me, frantic, to see who she should call to come out and see what could be done. I told her Kohler, someone that I have used for years. Well she wasn’t the only one who needed help because of the weather, a lot of people did, the owner came out and worked diligently for over 2 hours to get her heat restored.
