The service that we hired them for was performed by contractors that were not familiar with the kind of vent installation that we required and their lack of expertise was shown in the quality of the work. When calling Chandler for follow up repair services they were first slow to respond and then did zero follow up. Their business model of acting as the "middle men" for subcontractors has led to multiple miscommunications and in the end we have been dealing with the poor quality of work from the first round. Their membership plan for ongoing services is a total waste of money as no one has followed up when we have called and asked for services. I do not recommend this company at all."
