"I was hesitant to shop here after reading many of the reviews, but decided to check it out for myself and so glad I did! There were lots of employees available on the floor and everyone I talked to was happy to help me find what I was looking for. There is a large selection of fabrics, notions and other supplies and prices were decent. The store is well laid out and things are clearly marked. At checkout, the line was a little long, but that's nobody's fault. There were three cashiers working and it didn't take long to complete our purchase. Bonus: I found a 40% off coupon online while we waited in line. All in all a very nice experience and I will definitely be back."

"Might be one the nicest Joanne’s I’ve been in, the prices are all reasonable and the store feels bright and fresh. The selection is very nice and I’m not sure what people are complaining about, it’s like they want the store to be absolutely cluttered or something. The high ceilings are very nice and makes the store feel not claustrophobic like some other Joanne’s I’ve been in. Any negative reviews about customer service have to be from disgruntled boomers who want someone to cater to their every need; all the employees were super nice and attentive."
