"Right from the get go, Mike was very responsive. He was very informative and gave me everything up front and didn't try to beat around the bush (which I appreciate). He let me know what was up and gave me realistic options. He fixed my shower right then and there, whole thing took less than 30 minutes. The price was fair and at what I expected and didn't try to sell me on anything. He actually told me to disconnect my front hose so my pipes don't burst/leak during the winter! 10/10 would recommend!"

"I am very pleased with the the prompt service I received. Mike was pleasant and professional. I love my new bathroom faucets he replaced. My only suggestion is they should wear protective covers over their boots especially this time of year. Mike did ask if he needed to take his shoes off and I told him not to worry about it. He had to go in and out several times so I didn’t want him to have to take his shoes on and off. His boots left some scuff marks on the bathroom floor and he used a new towel I had in the bathroom to clean up some water mess. Not a big deal though, I should have had other towels in there for him. I would definitely use them for future plumbing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone."
