"We will NEVER take our pets anywhere but here. The staff are truly amazing people. They treated our cat with the utmost care. They truly went above and beyond for our cat in the truly terrible situation we are in. To Dr. Laura Neal, the dedication and care you provided to our cat was amazing. Words cannot express the gratitude that my family has for you and all the staff who provided care for him. We believe that God had a higher plan and wanted to make sure that both Berlioz and his brother Dean rested together. We find peace in knowing this. Sadly I cannot find recent photos of berlioz or dean right now but I have added a photo of Berlioz when he was just a baby."

"I just want to share my experience in this place two weeks ago. I should to start saying that I don’t speak English very well and everybody was very kind and patient, I always felt very taken care of. My dog had a spay infection, and I payed around $300 dlls for everything including treatment (cheaper than I thought). The wait time it was a little long but I understand that my pet’s life wasn’t in danger so it was very reasonable for me. They always were in touch with me and my pet while I was waiting. My dog finished her treatment and I came back to remove her sutures for free…she is very healthy and happy now! Thank you!"

"Though it is unfortunate places like Olympia Pet Emergency must exist, my experience here was excellent. My cat had a nasty abrasion to one of the pads on her paw that was inflamed and bleeding. Being that Olympia Pet Emergency was an just over an hour away, I called on Friday night and was able to email their staff pictures to confirm my belief that coming in then was much safer for my cat than waiting until Monday to hopefully see the local vet. Over the phone I was advised that though things were open at the moment, things could change and be up to a six hour wait as they are an emergency vet and obvious priority conditions could come in prior or during our visit. I brought both my cats (brother and sister) as they had never been separated other than being neutered and spayed so they do have separation anxiety. Upon arrival there are signs in the parking lot to start your registration paperwork electronically. While finishing up the electronic paperwork staff came out and greeted us and took us back to an exam room, again, letting is know that it might be a lengthy wait before we were seen, which was understandable as my cat was not bleeding or in distress at the moment. It was probably two hours prior to my cat being taken back to see the vet; however, a tech did come in and check on us a few times to make sure she and her brother were doing alright, not worsening or anything. The staff was excellent in how they handled my cats, and could see they truly cared about the animals in their care, even though both my cats were nervous, and had the look of ready to attack in defense. Both cats were well behaved while being checked out as I understand from the staff in the back. I was surprised the staff took both cats together instead of just the injured one, but I believe they understood the separation anxieties and agreed it would be easiest on both cats that way knowing neither was being harmed or anything. From start to finish the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The waiting areas are full of cold bottled water, snacks, coffee, just small things to help with possibly a long day/night you might have. Though I hope to never need an emergency vet again, it's nice to know a place like this exists and is as good as it is. If anyone I know needs an emergency vet for their cat or dog, Olympia Pet Emergency will definitely be my first recommendation."

"Called 13 different vet offices and they were the only ones able to see a dog that was bitten by another dog. The staff were friendly and had advised the wait to be 2-4hrs for dogs in stable condition. The dog was in stable condition just needed checked for wound care. Unfortunately the wait ended up being well over the 4 hour mark. It appeared they were really efficient getting true emergency visits in in a timely manner. Which is obviously good. During my wait I did unfortunately get to listen to two people's conversation regarding personal things that could have been very inappropriate to younger folks.. I wasn't sure if the people were in the building, maybe in the next room and the noise was coming thru vents or maybe if they were standing outside. But the conversation was definitely something I wouldn't want my clients to have to listen to for a lengthy amount of time. Otherwise follow-up discussions were thorough and they were very helpful when I had to call multiple times for different information. And the follow up check for this dog's specific case was free."

"Our little kitten is healthy and happy thanks to you! Brought in our kitten who had an infected spay incision and was lethargic and feverish. She had been getting worse all day and I called all the vets in the area but no one else could take her. I am a student with limited income and was reluctant to pay the elevated rates of an emergency clinic, however it was clear she needed urgent treatment. I ended up paying around $350, which was much less than I feared, and worth every cent. Vet techs were very kind and knowledgeable. My boyfriend and I waited for many hours for her to be seen, but techs came by periodically to check her vitals, which was very reassuring. After she was examined, the doctor came by to talk through treatment options and their financial feasibility. When techs brought little Loki to us she was mewing furiously as she protested her new cone. She had been barely able to stand before treatment, and it was incredible to see her so alert. We were also given her antibiotic regimen right then which was amazing. No need to go to a pharmacy! I received a call later that week checking in on her progress, which was incredibly considerate. Loki's spunk has been restored, her incision is healed, and she spends her days playing happily with her brother."
