"We got a new house, the builder made a horrible construction mistake to put the furnace exhaust into the attic instead of the roof. The steam and heat from the furnace exhaust caused all types of fungus and molds in our attic. ARS folks did mold remedy in our attic, they were so clean, professional and considerate of our safety and kind to our kid. They did a great job on detoxing and cleaning all the molds! We really appreciate them!"

"This company is horrible. My pipes burst so insurance sent them to repair. They said they fixed it all and everything was complete. I didn’t believe them as I still smelled mildew. I had a crawlspace person coming anyway for another issue and I asked him to see if all the pipe burst work looked done. No, they left a waterlogged duct!! I texted them and they said they ‘repaired’ the duct. I said you can’t repair a waterlogged duct…they came out and replaced the duct. Had my crawlspace guy not come I would have still had a waterlogged duct, one of the main things to replace in pipe burst repair!!! They left my house covered in dust, kitchen stuff all over the place, gas off and stove unplugged. Do not go with them. I still don’t trust they repaired everything but they kept pushing for me to sign off on the job, even before I learned they left a waterlogged duct."
