His astute and extensive knowledge of plumbing, and basically walking into a situation with a broken water well system that was poorly designed, and falling apart - he tore it all apart and created a very simple functional system. "I requested an estimate from their website. The owner contacted me and was professional on the phone EXCEPT that he failed to mention the $80 fee for stopping by to give us an estimate. He had an employee stop by to give us an estimate which was 2 written lines on a piece of paper: $2500 per device w/finish and $1500 new waterlines to upstairs. He then said that will be $79. Which was $84.93 with tax. I wish I would have seen a review like this before calling for an estimate!"
