"Made an appointment showed up 10 mins early waited another 20 to be told there is.a problem. Ya, the problem is no one is in charge and it's disorganized. Along with letting aggressive stay dogs in the store."

"I took my 3 dogs in for their routine vaccinations. It cost me $750. I should have gone to my full service vet. It would have been cheaper and they would have had access to any bloodwork/tests. I don’t recommend this place."

"They have cancelled my appointment 2 weeks in a row. They offered me 20% off both times but how the hell am I supposed to use that when my appointments get cancelled 2 hours before the appointment! They couldn’t do the afternoon because not enough people signed up. then they cancelled my 10:30 appointment (THEY OPEN AT 10AM!!!!!) and did not give me a reason. I will not be coming here. I could’ve made an appointment anywhere else 2 weeks ago but vetco in olympia has wasted 2 weeks of my time. Absolutely atrocious service do not waste your time here. I really don’t care if it’s “corporate” or the people in the building, y’all are wasting people’s time and potentially harming animals who need vaccinations."

"Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location for vaccines. The person administering the shots was incredibly unprofessional and visibly agitated. They tried to bear hug my dog to which she responded by trying to escape (I’m not sure I know any dogs that enjoy being held down). I asked if they needed help, the vet snapped at me that I couldn’t be in there. She was throwing the sharps out of frustrating, yes throwing them! I felt bad for the people assisting her, because she really had no skills in dog care and was bringing a lot of anxiety into the experience. They called for someone else to assist and I told him before he went in the room my dog has no issue getting vaccines and that she’s trying to run because they’re holding her down. He held her by the collar (without bear hugging), and she received the rest of her shots no problem. I wouldn’t return to this store for anything after this experience. Everyone else working there was nice enough, but I really hope that vet didn’t instill fear in my dog because she’s a well adjusted happy dog that loves vets."
