"Mixed reviews: The Craftsman were quick to arrive and quick to accomplish the task they were hired to do, however this companies billing practice's are in my opinion quite shady. When I called for service, the guy that answered the phone told me they charged $149 an hour. The Technician(s) arrived completed their work and were gone in less than 45 minutes. The bill came back at $669.20. They used a total of 3 wire nuts from their stock supply and they charged me for 2 Journeyman Electricians for 2 hours, even though the second technician did nothing more than hand the other a couple of wire nuts, retrieve a meter and hand the other Clorox wipes to clean their tools. I would expect to pay for the one hour minimum and even one hour for an Apprentice (or the Apprentice rate). But 2 hours for both and then the up charge on the .25 cent parts is over the top. I talked to the billing department and was informed that this is their standard practice for "hazardous jobs" (It was a septic pump). I won't be using them again."

"We've done a lot of electrical work over the last few months including a new elec panel and meter base as well as new wiring in a portion of the house, and moving some old wiring. Charlie and Todd have done the majority of the work and have been absolutely stellar. Responsive, great communicators, on time, high quality of work and general diligence. With so many people coming through the house for a major remodel project and all of the unknown issues coming up with a 100-year-old house, they have stood out in their communication and work and have made my life a lot easier. The office team at Wadsworth have also been really easy to work with - scheduling multiple visits and other details. I'm extremely happy and couldn't recommend them more."

"BUYER BEWARE, THEY PAD THEIR HOURS. I was charged over 2x the initial quote with no talk of numbers til I saw the final bill. I tried to resolve this over email and was told to kick rocks. The work they did passed inspection but it's not worth the headache of not being upfront about pricing."

"The repair was completed within about 4 hours after my initial call - a very pleasant surprise since many contractors seem to delay small jobs. Electrician Nathan was efficient, helpful and pleasant."

"I called to ask them to install a line for a hot tub. They said they could start the next week and took a $300.00 deposit to start. They came out the following week I drove 2.5 hours to meet them. One guy shows up and looks at the job and tells me he is too busy and he told me it would be an outrageous number because he didn’t want to do the job. He suggested I call someone else as he was “ too busy”. I called the office and asked for my $300.00 deposit back but they refused. I should have realized with all the negative reviews on them that this wasn’t the right company to hire. I will follow up with other agencies and take them to small claims court. Don’t hire this company super dissatisfied with how they handled this. Update**** 3/3/21 They issued a token $40 refund. I am filing a small claims lawsuit and reporting them the Electrical review board."
