"I had a plumbing emergency a couple weeks ago! About 5am I noticed water coming from the wall behind our main bathroom toilet! Right where the shut off valve is but of course on the opposite side, in the wall! Jp opened at 8am and i called and explained the issue, also explained I would gladly take care of the wall after! Brian came out around 1015 and by the time I took lunch my plumbing problem was FIXED!!!! My bill was like 250$ and I would have gladly paid more, I honestly thought it was gonna be more! I will definitely recommend them, and use them in the future! Thanks so much jp plumbing!"

"Had a leaky pipe in basement. Plumber arrived a couple days later and I had already fixed it myself but I had him look over the work and asked his advice about other repairs. Nice, professional guy. He was there for less than 25 minutes. I totally expected to pay for this short consult but did not expect the $135 bill that came. I called to discuss and was told it's $135/hr and 1 hr minimum. (this was not mentioned on the phone, their website, or when the plumber arrived). Lesson learned. Next time I'll make sure I get an honest hour of labor if I'm going to be charged for it."

JP Plumbing was able to fix our issue within an hour of our call, despite being booked out until the following week. We got lucky, and I am grateful that they were so willing to help us.
