"Was not able to repair a split phone case and glued the charger opening closed. To his credit, he did reopen the charger opening. However did not follow through with the repair plan he mentioned. It worked out well though. I bought a new updated phone and received phone transfer help from a qualified and efficient tech person at the store I bought my new phone. Proceed with caution if you choose O.S.T. is my review. Update, never received link you said you sent. Bought a upgrade and had great tech help at store and no longer need your service."
"I ran into a problem with a printer on my home network at 9:30 on a Sunday night and had several projects that needed to be printed by morning. I called Jason with OS Tech and was going to make an appointment for the next day but Jason understood the urgency and came over that night. The printer was fine so he tested my network, my modem and my computer and not only restored the ability to print, he gave my system a tune-up that made it faster than it's been since I got it! I highly recommend this place, talk about the extra mile!!! 2022 Update--took on too many jobs and had more than I could finish on time so i subcontracted a few to OS Tech and in just a couple hours he was done and everything works great!"
