"I do not know why there is a bad rating on this bank when I have had nothing but good fortune with them and have been with them since 1997. I am local to the area and everyone of the bank treats me very well they know me by name and I have never had any issues with them. Now when it comes to Wells Fargo in general yes there have been 3 times my debit card has been. Confiscated but thank goodness for Wells Fargo algorithm that they knew that the expenses were not mine so I was refunded quickly and there was no problems moving forward don’t discount Wells Fargo in general. They are one of the best banks out there and have been in service since the early 1900s."
"Had a scheduled meeting in which the banker was extremely unhelpful and kept checking the time like he was waiting for someone else to show. He sent me away without an answer because the wait time of customer service was going to run into his next meeting. I ended up calling Customer Service on the phone later that day and they were able to clear up the problem in 2 minutes and said the banker should have been capable of doing the same."
"I appreciated this branch’s sense of humor with a Defund Climate Chaos sticker out front. Wells Fargo remains possibly the banking sector’s biggest supporter of fossil fuels, with more than $188 billion in loans to oil and gas companies since the Paris Climate Agreement (per Bloomberg). I hope we will see more climate activism from other Wells Fargo employees."
"Visited wells fargo at West Seattle this afternoon and was immediately attended to by a representative - Axel. Axel was very patient and tried everything in their might to resolve the banking issues I had. It did take a while to get things done because they have a slow system and completely backed up call center but really liked the customer service here as compared to some other banks in the area. They have Wells Fargo complimentary customer parking for 30mins in the paid lot sk feel free to use the reserved spots as required. All in all i did feel taken care of here at this bank."
"The employees at this branch are - for the most part - incredibly nice. But I went to the lobby with a business deposit (too large for the mobile app) on a Friday and there were 6 people in line and only 2 tellers working. On a Friday - which seems to be a day when it might be busy so maybe staff more? And every time I make one of these large deposits, it is over the "limit" of the teller and they need to call a supervisor - who was out running around the lobby dealing with several other things. A long - and seemingly unnecessary - wait. BTW - this branch HAD a drive-up which I used all of the time - and I usually had to (willingly) queue to use the drive-up. But they closed that months ago and they told me that no one ever used it. No one but me and the others I lined up behind every week, I guess. This is all due to Wells Fargo cutting back - and customer service is taking a huge hit."
