"I really enjoyed the Barre class. Emily's class is fun and instructive. There are participants of all ages and skill and Emily modified moves as needed. She also gave light-touch readjustments (which I personally appreciate.) The class reminded me of a barre class with some yoga-like breathing and stretching techniques. The class is very low pressure but can also be made to be as intense or easy-going as you'd like."
"Taking classes with Dominic has made tango so much fun! Tango can be an intimidating dance, but the classes and milongas at the Alberta Abbey really made me feel like I had the support and encouragement of a community to keep learning and improving.
