"I had the absolute worst customer service experience here than ANYWHERE EVER. Whoever works there who is a smaller African American lady with glasses needs a new job. I went in to cash a government check and she had to verify funds which is completely fine. I waited and she called the number and was informed staff was in a staff meeting. Once again; still okay. I was going to give her an extension for the president in payroll and this woman would not even let me get a single word in. All I hear is “nope! I’m not cashing your check. Go somewhere else” …. I told her I’d wait for the meeting to finish and we could call back in 30 minutes and she says “nope I’m still not cashing your check. Leave.” All because this woman is impatient and didn’t want to wait! I felt so disrespected. She needs to be fired and get a job where she can be rude to people for a living. Absolutely disgusting"

"Hi, hello. Spoke to somebody named “Liz” not sure if that’s truly what her name is being how rude she was, she has a Spanish accent. I haven’t applied or requested a payday loan for years. I called back to ask a few questions & she started screaming in my ear as if I was illiterate. Please better your Customer Service at this location."

"The woman that works here with the accent is completely miserable and unprofessional. The way she talks to people and doesn't even try to help them or hangs up on people and doesn't answer the phone is insane, who's paying this worthless employee? This woman needs a new profession. She's obviously not cut out for this type of work. I don't know who owns this place but read your f&$#ing reviews and act. You have a problem and you need to fix it, all these people aren't lying to you. Hopefully if I ever need to utilize your services again, I will get to deal with a decent human being."

"Decent. The service people were very nice. I didn't get approved by a few points because they don't use FICO, it is much moire challenging if they never worked with you before I guess. It's a solid place though, recommended to try if needed."
