"I used to come here about 2-3 years ago and it was great. I just went back and it has gone WAY downhill. There’s hardly anyone working there and the shelves aren’t stocked all the way. I made the mistake of using the bathroom and one stall had a used tampon on the ground and another had feces everywhere. The prices of everything seemed high too and now the far entrance near the garden department is closed too. I just hope the other Fred Meyers that I have to drive out of my way to go to are better."
"Stay away from this store as far as you can. If I could leave a negative star review I would and this is probably my second time leaving a bad review in my life, but I definitely want to do it here. I needed my ring resized to a smaller size. A lady took me to the resizing gear. Took about a minute and said it was good. I said, are you sure? She said yes. A week later when I came in to pick up my ring I put it on barely and couldn't take it off, my finger was tingling and I couldn't rotate it on my finger. I asked if this is normal. The employee said ya. I felt like a number that they just wanted to get rid of. I looked online and found an article about how to tell if a ring is too small. All 6 of the points I matched. I said I will not leave until I try a real ring to know my ring size vs the tool that they use. I realized the tool and the real ring were VERY different in how they came on and off. After trying a real ring we figured out my size and I gave it to enlarged to the size it was supposed to be in the first place. Secondly what got me super mad and still to this day is that the ring style was different and it was MUCH narrower. Instead of the ring being curved it was flat on the sides. It felt like it wasnt my ring. I told the employee, she told me its the same ring. I then got a picture out I took earlier of my ring and showed her. She still didn't want to budge until the supervisor came and told me that I did have a totally different style now. This got me really mad and upset, who allowed them to change the style of my ring or was this even my ring? I gave it back to them and asked that my ring be returned. After a week and a half I got a ring back. The style was now correct. It was curved like before but still is about 1/3 more narrower. Recently I came to my friend who I knew 100% had the exact same ring that I have from Europe. I compared it before all this resizing. Now it is like 1/3 thinner. I feel like I was robbed. I really dislike this store. The customer service, the service and don't give them anything to resize as they can rob you. Attached is a picture with my ring and my friend's. Mine on the right is about a third thinner. I wonder were all that gold went. sucks. To this say I don't know if the ring I have is mine because it's so much thinner and smaller."
"This Fred Myers Jeweler is the worst location! Ever since they got new management everything seems very unorganized. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring a few year and every time I go in to get a repair they can never find my order. I’ve ordered several things from their and so many mistakes made. On top of that I ordered a gemstone when I called to check on it they stated they didn’t order it because they thought it would be to expensive. Totally shocking to hear! The manager is also very rude. My advice go to another jewelry store and stay clear from this one"
"PREPARE TO BE IGNORED!!!I would never spend my money at this location. My boyfriend and I live very close to this Fred Meyer. That means, we frequent this Fred Meyer's store often. We walked into the Jewelers two times and we were not one time greeted or acknowledged. We actually went in there on the FIRST occasion after he had gotten approved for a very high limit credit card, and he was looking at or interested in looking at the watches. He's been trying to find a cool Movado watch or something nice to wear with a suit.We literally sat looking into the jewelry cases for at least five to eight minutes. This particular store was not jam-packed with customers or potential customers and I believe there were two women working, one of them was actually with a customer the other one walked to the counter made some adjustments.... still did not greet us, and walked away. Not once did either one of them say hello, just a moment, we'll be right with you. The one that was not with a customer walked right in front of us once or twice and didn't even bother to speak. He and I thought it was just a fluke or just a one random time that maybe they weren't on their a game, realizing we were serious potential customers. Sad to say, the second time we went to visit we had almost an exact same experience. This time there were three people working and we weren't acknowledged or greeted or asked to wait, nothing. I can't use the race card because there was a black male employee working, he didn't speak or acknowledge us either. Maybe they're just not interested in making extra cash, not sure. But my boyfriend joked that he was going to go in there with a stack of cash and set it on the counter and when they finally approached us to tell them we decided to go with another Jeweler because of their poor customer service. So sorry about the long review but it's the truth horrible customer service."
"Excellent experience. very friendly employee's. been shopping for watch for awhile now. happened to stop in one day, they helped me narrow down what i wanted and took all the time i needed to help. I felt great walking out of the store that day. special thank you to dawn and cindy for making it the best jewelry store experience I've had."
