"Taj jewellers has a good collection of Asian and Indian jewelry. We regularly purchase jewels from them. They are usually transparent with pricing and give you flexibility to exchange jewelry designs if there are fitting issues. Saima and Mina show multiple designs patiently and provide good recommendations. They seem to prioritize customer satisfaction over making profits and hence assure good buyer experience. We bought some bangles for my mother where the size was not a good fit. After a few days, when we requested a replacement, instead of selling some existing designs, they gave us time to wait for new designs expected on Feb 14. They specifically ordered some custom sized bangles for my mother which is not a standard size and made her happy with her final choice of jewels. Highly recommend Taj jewelers if one is looking for Indian or asian style gold jewelry."

"Cheaters!!!!! Wish i could give zero stars. The staff are very rude. When I asked the details about the bill and split that went into making charge and stuff she told me that there is no time to explain all that. Also the price they quoted wasn't justified when we accounted for gold rate, tax and making charges. They don't deduct the stone weight from gold weight. So you end up paying the gold price for stones that would be worth nothing. I had bought jewelry from Malabar in the past and certainly the price that we would pay at Taj is much higher than Malabar. Overall a bad experience. Wouldn't visit them again."
