"LISA the manager here at this 88th & pacific here in Tacoma, Wa location is absolutely nothing short of PERFECTLY AMAZING!!!!! A little more than a year ago I walked into the Spanaway location I was looking for a wedding ring for my sister for her fiancée as they were to get get married last yr. & He had very large hands so I was searching HIGH & low for that ring!! I had EXTREMELY bad customer service going to the 72nd S. Tacoma Way location so I traveled to all my local tacoma & surrounding locations looking for that ring & what I found was UNBELIEVABLY INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in an AMAZING WOMAN the manager by the Name of Lisa! Her attitude was a breath of fresh air ( not like the previous experience I had with the manager at the 72ndnd st. Store) Her attention & patience to detail was great & Her remembering what I was looking for the next time I came in was heartfelt & warming. Lisa & Lisa alone saved the Cash America company a customer such as myself (& I have spent a whole LOT of money up in there, yes I have!!!!!) Thank you Cash America for having Ms. Lisa there on that day I walked in that store & I just want you to know She is an EXTRAORDINARY Manager and She is the very reason I stayed a customer to your store & I don't know what she makes however you all should give that wonderful woman a very large $$$pay raise$$$ she loves the company, what she does, and she cares about the customers & that means a lot to us spending Our hard earned money! There's a bunch of pawn shops out here but we like to spend our money where we feel comfortable! THANK YOU LISA FOR ALL YOU DO, YOU'RE AMAZINGLY AWESOME & THE CUSTOMERS RECOGNIZE THAT!!!!!"

"Trid to pawn my ps3 slim with 10 games and they offered me 15 dollars for the system with 3 controllers and an air fan that is a 60 dollar item you buy separately, and they refused to even plug it in because the controllers weren't charged, but she wouldn't listen that you can charge the controllers when it's on and takes less then a minute to give them enough charge to last a minute. She didn't care I was almost out of gas and I tried to explain and I wasn't a person to her just another faceless customer who she wanted to quickly get rid of. I very rarely give reviews, but this pawnshop is horrible with horrible employees. Later that day I sold the ps3 to my neighbor for 80 dollars, but they can only offer 15 and I had to sell it because they said they won't give me a loan on it even though they're selling for 120 on average online. Just very very rude. Worst customer service I've had in years. Also well I was there they accused someone of being a theif because they came in with a brand new item in the box! How rude... some people save the boxes and take really good care of there stuff and bring it in the box because they still have it and get accused of being a theif."

"Fair prices! They give you the maximum price they can. Sometimes it’s slow and I’ve experienced slow times at 11am and 3pm. Off times and busy times after 4pm. But either way it’s hit and miss regarding how fast you can be in and out. Staff there are really cool and informative. Lisa rocks! Thanks guys!"
