I was recommended because of Erickson's "skill" but if the attiude of the employee is any reflection of the owners then better to support another jeweler with slightly less skill than support a company that treats the customer like an inconvenience."

"I went to get the the tiny rhinestone that had fallen out of my Skagen watch replaced. As I entered, the woman inside asked if I was there to change a battery, without a hello, or any sort of salutation, mind you. I explained my issue, and she told me I would be better suited going to another establishment because her watchman only does Rolexes. I took my lowly Skagen and will not return. This was at least 2 hours before the posted closing time as well. Know your market, ma’am. And learn some manners"
