"Every time I bring my daughter in the staff is always rude. My first perception upon walking in the other day was the sales woman standing at the register on her phone. Secondly, I was passed off while trying to purchase to another woman and when I had questions about my purchase she one, seemed annoyed and two, "forgot" to give me my reciept. I work with the public for a living and this is by FAR the WORST guest service in any store. Not even from teens. From women, grown women."

"The employee Emerald was unhappy to be working very unprofessional and very rude to me and my daughter. We were shopping around bought a few items and when we left I realized my little one took a candy from there so we went back to return it (trying to teach her not to steal) and was very rude complaining how she had her mouth on it and mumbled a bunch when we walked away she is not a person to be working in a kid family friendly jewelry store."

"Went in a little before closing 5/22, just to look around, I haven’t been in a Claire’s in years. While i was looking around I heard the employees talking to another customer about 2 woman who had just left, apparently they had been stealing. It wasn’t my business so I kept shopping, we brought our stuff up to the counter, there was stuff sitting on it already. I told the cashier the stuff on the right was ours, and walked away while my mother stayed at the register, I heard my mom saying “ma’am, I’ve already told you that this stuff is mine, what you’re throwing over there is mine” when I walked up, my mom walked away, obviously frustrated. So I waited for the cashier to ring up the stuff, she would scan an item then slam it onto the counter, after she did it the third time I told her I wouldn’t purchasing any of it and that her attitude was completely unnecessary, she had a cellphone to her ear the whole time. She tried to explain that she “had a million things going on” and like I told her, none of that was caused by me or my family going in to spend money at a store. I asked for her name 3 times and she completely ignored me, and told another customer that she’d be right with them, like me being mistreated wasn’t important, I’m seriously disgusted by the whole situation. I’ve been an assistant manager at a retail store for the last 6 years, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated there. It was absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional."
