Her and her husband found some cracks to be repaired, fixed some worn down prongs, and tightened some diamonds. She was patient and took the time to educate me in their processes. I never once felt like she was trying to upsell or take advantage. I love how my ring turned out and I will be going back for any future jewelry needs!"
