"We received a response from Patti Bacque, after our second attempt to retrieve documents from a title report of a mutual client. The most important document, which is referenced twice in the legal description, could not be produced in it's entirety by her or her team. She eventually stopped responding to our inquiry. You would think a title company would be interested in the entire legal description of a property they are insuring title to! I definitely would not recommend or use in the future."

"Worked with Aubry Ludberg in one commercial transaction for the first time, and my clients and I had terrible experiences with her. She did not keep track of emails containing files, and she cannot stay neutral (taking sides). And she never returned phone calls too. I would not recommend using her in real estate transactions. Very poor attitude too."

"They are so disorganized and unprofessional. Twice they requested a document package from us, both requests were fulfilled and acknowledged. The third time they asked I emailed my Loan Processor to find out why they weren’t responding to our inquiries about why the first two packages were not adequate. She responded back with a forwarded email from Fidelity acknowledging the mixup was on their end and they had everything on file needed to close. Yet, three days before we’re scheduled to close, we get a FOURTH request for the exact same document that we already sent- no instructions to clarify if we were making a mistake, no feedback as to why the previous documents received were not sufficient. Horrible experience, we will never work with Fidelity in Tacoma, and we will discourage all friends and family from using their services."

"Would not recommend. Had a refi done and there were so many mistakes with the record that I am still dealing with it almost a year later. Very unprofessional with their communication. I've reached out and got the 'we'll look into this and get back to you' but haven't heard a reply since and it's been > 12 days. If you are buying a home, refinancing, then please for your sake, find someone else because this place will not do a good job at all."

"I have purchased a few homes and used as many different title companies, so I sort of thought they were all comparable. Not so. They never did contact me about closing, they aren't good about returning messages, and they generally seem a little off. I have never really considered being selective about a title company, but I won't use this one again. I don't think they are incompetent or anything, just not very professional or even very nice."
