"I googled US Bank near me to make a deposit and was reluctant to go to this location because of the reviews, but did anyway. There were at least 4 tellers working and I was the only customer waiting. They said they would be right with me, but ignored me. After standing there for at least 10 minutes, I walked outside and made my deposit in the ATM. Now I understand completely why this location customer service does not exist and why they have such a low score and they wear that score well."

"The teller was cold, rude and slow. Rochelle was really slow, rude and arguable. Definitely not the job for her."

"This place has no sense of urgency. Multiple people will look at you and ignore you. The teller at the drive through will have no one in line but still never help at the counter. I can't go through the drive through apparently because I have too many deposits. Come in the building, takes 45 minutes to do 3 deposits. I hate this place."

"Came in on a Friday afternoon to get a wire transfer. (Bad idea because wires don't process till next business day) There was an error in the processing and the wire never got sent. We rushed back on Monday to get the funds wired in time for the closing deadline and Ruvin, a banker helped us out big time. He helped us with a cashiers check and made sure we were fully taken care of. I would highly recommend this branch and this banker. Thank you!"
