"Offering 24/7 customer service. $5.00 tag corrections. I have called 3 times, e mailed with phone number attached. I have had NO return phone calls, Got a return e mail. saying to call. Rather than A return call. The error was mine, a typo. Apparently they have no interest in honoring their $5.00 correction fee. Quality looking product. Just don't make a mistake! THey ARE expensive compared to similar products! Slow delivery time as well."
"Fantastic products and service. I have ordered tags from these guys for years and their customer service is top notch. I just received my order of two dog tags for my boys, but I had mistakenly ordered tags that though beautiful with the enamel hearts, were very heavy for my dogs; I called them and a very sweet young lady changed the tags to the less heavy, simple stainless ones for me.
