"It was my first time at the store. I had a great time and enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very kind and helpful. It was a great experience."
"Wandered in for the first time since I was in the area and had a very pleasant experience. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and there was a great selection. Fair prices too. Night and day difference in quality of service and variety from the local shop in South Hill. I will definitely be back!"
"My son and I have gotten into coin collecting recently, and of all the places within 20 miles where we live, this is easily the best. Prices: Their prices range from fair to great. Some things are sold at melt value, and others are sold at a competitive and fair premium. I often can find some of the same items they have for similar prices online, and the great thing is I can trust the authenticity of the item when I buy it from this place. Staff: There staff is so friendly and helpful. Not everyone is an expert in all things, and they do ask each other questions when any one particular member doesn't have the answer. I love how patient they are as my son tries to find the right pennies to go into is penny books. Because of their patience and willingness to answer his questions, he's now into nickels and likely will be back many times to fill out his nickel books. They are also patient with me, and I know I ask some oddball questions. Inventory: They move a lot of volume. If they don't have it on display, just ask - they have a lot of items in the back. Lots of variety of US currency and a fair amount of normal size bullion. Display: I like how they do the best they can to maximize their displays on the left side of the store so you can see a good variety of their coins. Also, I like that, unlike many other places, they display a good variety of quality and price instead of just the high dollar items. Payments: Short on cash? That's okay here, too. They accept debit cards with no additional fee. Every time we go in there they have something new for us. I just love this place."
"I've been to multiple coins shops through out Washington and Oregon, this place hands down has the best pricing and the most coins on display. You can actually go in there and find what your looking for without help from any employees. Probably the best thing I like about them. Most coin dealers "you have to know what you're looking for", they have to run into the back to find it. Or I get "not to many people collect Jefferson nickels" with a puzzled look. This place has a massive display of Pennies, nickels, dimes, quaters and a ton of slabbed stuff. Ontop of that, their pricing is right on par with internet prices and they staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. A must see store!!!"
