"I asked to go through with the warranty for my $300 watch. They said that they didn't do inspections for watches. They didn't even have the tool for it. They even told me to go to the Tacoma Mall to just get it resized. What a waste of a $100 3 year warranty. Never going to buy from them again."

"Every time I come to this location my expectations are exceeded. I’m always welcomed with great customer service. Today I came in to get my ring dipped because I’m allergic to it suddenly and Chris gave me so much info about my care package and went above and beyond checking my stones and making sure I’m taken care of. Gave me lots of tips to keep my ring looking and sparkling the best. Chris gave exceptional customer service. Also make sure you buy the total care package. It’s 100% worth it."

"The very poor reviews are true about customer service. Also watch out for the jewelry store manager, bald.He disappears into the back when cleaning your ring. When he comes back there is the possibility that is has been switched! It happened to me. They have a game they play with you. I returned the ring that they switched on me for replacement. It came back with a reprinted one line explanation which was not at all related to my issue. It was just a pathetic excuse to make a profit. Check out the Fred Meyer jewelry webb site. It is overflowing with exceptionally poor reviews of extremely dissatisfied customer complaints. They should Not be in business."
