"I've been in this shop many times and they do have some pretty things, but... There's this older guy who is always in there and he's a complete jerk. My cousin and I were both going to buy things, but when we wanted to check out the length of a couple of chains to make some necklaces, he went ballistic on us. Shouting that we couldn't leave anything on the counter and screaming about taking the chain off of the spool. Then he told my cousin to get out of the shop. She was going to buy all of it, but no. At that point I decided not to buy the rock that I had been planning on getting. I went to hand it back when this cranky curmudgeon grabbed it out of my hands and glared at me like a gargoyle. What a shame! Get rid of that guy ffs. That's not how to run a business!"
