"First time trying this store, and everything went great. (I had broken my thin 14k gold chain necklace, and it needed some minor soldering.) They said the repair should be about 20 minutes, so I looked around the store while I waited. The owner's daughter was very helpful and friendly while I looked at some gold earrings. Repairs looked great, so I paid and left - on my way out, the owner handed me a xi li red envelope. This was very kind and made me feel very special. Very nice experience over all. I will be back and recommend to my friends. :)"

"Originally went in to get my Tag Heuer sized 2 weeks ago they did so in five minutes for 5$. Then today had a ring sized; that i bought from a pawn shop, they sized it in 30 minutes for 65$ and then had it irodium plated after for fifty! In one hour my diamond ring looked like i bought it from there showcase! Ty ! Excellent customer service extremely friendly.
