"The lady who helped us at the end was great. We were store occupied on leaving for a road trip and didn't realize the store was closing, which is why they other two employees seemed annoyed. No one said anything to us, though. We said sorry a bunch once we realized. In the end, the lady who helped was awesome with helping with 4 traveling animals."

"My dog and I love Mud Bay, especially this store! Generally speaking, Mud Bay does a great job educating their staff so that they can help their customers at a pretty deep level (foods for dogs with internal issues etc). I've been to several Mud Bay stores, but this store really stands out. They've some how taken a quality brand (Mud Bay) to the an even higher level by providing an amazing level of service backed by quality pet knowledge. I can't say enough good things about them"

"Mud Bay is absolutely wonderful. Unlike other pet stores, you dont have to worry about feeding your pet foods that are harmful. They are very inclusive, as they have foods and toys not only for dogs and cats, but chickens and bunnies too! I've been going for almost a year now, and i love it! I definitely recommend it."
