"Not a great spot, I asked about trade in value for a ring having paper work from a previous Jewler and understanding that I would only be getting about half or so. The jewler offers me less than a fifth and told me the weight and grade was less then stated on both the paper work and what I have bought. Came of very cheap and a but predatory. Probably still would have done business with them if they would have told me they weren't interested in the trade."

"I am not pleased with the work they have done. I brought in my wedding and engagement rings to be resized. Yes they fit well, they polished and cleaned my rings, but you can see the solder lines, some discoloration and cracks. Its clear they did not use enough material to fully solder the pieces together completely. I paid a good amount to have this work done by professionals and this does not feel like professional grade work. These two rings mean a lot to me and were passed down to me. Now I have to find a better professional to fix the work that they failed to complete."
