"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The guy working there was clearly running on his last two brain cells as every other word coming out of his mouth was uuhh or a snarky laugh. All he did was belittle me and blame me for wanting to buy a simple training tool for my dog. A training tool he very obviously knew nothing about. I will admit the products in the store are good quality, but with customer service that bad it isn't worth shopping there."
