"I contacted 3 garage door repair companies on a weekend and Value contacted me first thing Monday morning. The technician, Lance came out the same afternoon. He saw immediately that one of my springs had broken. He assessed the red of the workings, and after giving me prices, he set to work. Finished in about half the time he told me it could take. Also assured me that my opener was fine and would probably last several more years. Then he took the time to educate me on current brands of openers and what was most reasonable for my needs, and said to call him if I sever needed a replacement. I also want to acknowledge Eve who called me and got things rolling. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend Value, and they will be my first call if needed. (By the way, I haven’t heard from the other companies I contacted)."
