"I can't comment on the work, but he poorly handled the appointment/conversation and never showed up for an estimate. He asked me to text him to schedule to meet, so we scheduled the meeting. Then he texted me a day before the scheduled time, saying he doesn't work on insurance claims. I told him that was fine, but I asked him what's the difference. I would need to get the damage fixed regardless of whether it's for the insurance claim. It didn't seem right that he didn't want to show up because I disclosed that it was for insurance. He didn't ask me that question when we were first connected. Then he later texted me that he would swing by and provide the estimate if I still wanted the estimate. I asked whether he intended to show up on the scheduled date/time (11 am). He later replied that he was busy with work, but he would stop by around 5 pm, but he never stopped by or texted me to inform the change. I wasted the entire day and my schedule waiting for him."
