"2021 - Second time using DK, this time to replace 3 windows. They did an outstanding job! Professional, courteous, and on time. Cleaned up all after work was done. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 2017 - We just bought a home in Astoria and one of the windows had a broken seal. I called DK and they were fantastic! They provided a very competitive bid, and the installation was quick (15 minutes) and flawless. In addition, the technicians who showed up were on time, polite, and professional. Highly recommend!"
"With so many great reviews, I'm confused why my experience was so different. I had a small double pane repaired and all three visits to the shop were awkward. When my wife finally picked up the completed window she didn't look at how horrible the window trim was replaced - even though the guy told her how hard it was for him to do. When it got home I took one look and swore it was going back but then just decided I was done dealing with them. I really hope it was an isolated fluke but that was MY experience."
