"Seriously, you guys. There’s no reason the check out line should be this bad consistently. If you’re going to run lean on staff, lower the threshold to call for backup. A revolving door of 6 customers is insane, especially when there’s almost a guaranteed shot that one of them is elderly and needs a little extra attention. Wanna lose your battle with online retailers? Staffing your store like this will surely help. Word of advice, a part time minimum wage person staffed during peak times isn’t expensive. You’re skipping over dollars to pick up pennies."
