"The Base Longview has been such a great influence on our boys. They have good core values. They teach the kids discipline and greatness. They teach them it is ok to lose. That sometimes life is just that way. That no matter what we get up and go harder. The coaches have a genuine care and concern for the kids well being. The Base is family. "This is a special place. I started here with no real Martial Arts experience. Professor Ryan is patient and accommodating with me. The camaraderie with other students is awesome. I have to focus so much while in class all the stress, thoughts and problems melt away. It sounds kinda cheesy but I zen out. The training is therapeutic for me. I’m in better shape, more flexible and just more confident than before. I also like being able to support a veteran owned business.
