"Thorbeckes swimming pool is the worst mismanaged pool I've been at. Worse still is that they illegally mis-advertise their operating hours then don't let you access the facilities. The teenagers running the asylum for the management that doesn't care will be snotty spoiled brats to customers. Avoid. Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Ran by teenagers who don't care at all. The teenagers run away from the front desk play wrestle thereby letting anybody dangerous and non member walk in. Equipment is on disrepair. Lockers are majority already claimed by locals with a lock so locker rooms aren't useful because the locks aren't cut so you can't get a locker. Management doesn't care, Go find some other location that reinvests their money into their facilities."

"Always enjoy visiting the Centralia pool with my nephew. The kids play area is warm, just the right size for pre-swimmers, and the staff are amazing. Truly recommend this place to anyone wanting a fun activity for any age."

"Clean water, kind and attentive staff and patrons, easy ramp to get in and out of, not too warm and not too cold water. The showers are nice and warm for after your swim. There is a dry sauna and a hot tub in the pool area so no need to walk far to access the amenities. Highly recommend the hydroworks classes, fun people and a good workout."

"Clean pool and a safe environment for kiddos to learn to swim. I wish hours were more clear on their website, specifically for the kiddie pool, and the kids area could be more exciting. The lifeguards are always nice and frequently put out baskets of toys for kids to play with though!"
