"Despite being fully transparent about my situation, and a couple of years old bankruptcy that was dismissed for simple reason. I was encouraged to file to with the office's assistance. I completed required paperwork and paid a sizeable amount of money (to me at least) only to find out that I wasn't given all of the facts in regard to payment. After doing some real soul searching, and some real math. I determined that I could not continue with the office. After some additional research on just the Western WA bankruptcy court it came to my attention that with a really simple Motion to Reopen and a cost of $260. I could request that my old case be reopened. I was able file all necessary documents online, free. And a digital signature was completely acceptable. I paid the cost online easy as could be. Within 2-3 days my case was reopened. And now for a mere $32 I can submit an amended Schedule F with my creditors. That's it. All I can say is that for the sake of good public relations, and a sound consultation, suggesting that I just reopen my case would have been far more appreciated. I would have saved some money that's for sure. I do not recommend this office, they were not very forthcoming with their office practices, decent legal advice, or being transparent."
