"Good luck on EVER having communication with Kyle outside of training classes which is unprofessional and unrealistic. With such high priced classes, I would have hoped to have been able to contact the “owner” on occasion when necessary. There is no phone number available and the “business text” does not get answered. I guess $500 for 10 classes noes NOT include customer service."
