He never asked me anything about me, my life, my vision. He wouldn't let me speak, talked over me when I tried to say anything, finally said I should go home and think about it. Like I haven't been thinking about it, when I had all the upcoming appointments set up all the time off work. What a waste of time and money."

"I appreciated the warm, personal care that was given at PCLI. Getting the first cataract removed is especially stressful since you don’t know the procedure. All of the staff was very reassuring. They do a great job of walking you through the various steps once you are in the procedure center. My only suggestion is that they explain better at the first consult why a 10 minute operation will take you 3-4 hours, even if the question isn’t asked."
