"Worst experience I have had , took 20 minutes to make the peoples sandwich in front of me and at the end they had to remake the sandwich because it was “unservable” I didn’t even end up taking mine because after 30 minutes my sandwich was still untouched!! Never have witness such SLOW workers I will never be coming back"

"Ordered online there was an error. The website charged my card 2 times tired to call the store to see if the order went through 3 times no answer.ok it's a Saturday they must be busy. Went to the store there 2 workers at 4:50pm. Asked the worker if there an order under my name she said no she I stood in line to ordered. The people that ordered cold subs were gone by the time I paid for my food at 5:06.I ordered 2 hot subs I was there waiting for 16 minutes before my subs even started to be made. 30 minutes waiting for 2 subs."

"Visited today around 2:30pm and the place was packed with people(visiting sports team). They greeted me right away, competed my order accurately and quickly, and were pleasant and conversational with everyone inside. The restaurant was clean and tidy. All the products were easy to find and stacked neatly."

"Very put off by the experience we had tonight. We got there at 8:10. They close at 9. So I can understand that they were beginning closing procedures. But they already had no options for bread other than the French. They did not ask us if we wanted it the Mike's Way or ask if we wanted any toppings. I had to stop the sandwich maker and ask him to add what I wanted. My boyfriend didn't even get the option. He had a hot sandwich and waited by the glass to tell them what cold toppings he wanted. They paid no mind to him and brought him his sandwich already wrapped up. This all happening while the woman, who seemed to be the lead, was eating up front and never washed her hands. I usually have such a pleasant experience at this location. But today taught me never to bother going in if it's even remotely close to closing time."

"I order the same thing pretty much any time I get Jersey Mikes. Typically a #14 with extra ridiculous juice and cherry peppers. It always tastes great, but what REALLY makes me loyal aside from these subs sent from the heavens straight serving SANDWICH GOD REALNESS, is actually their customer service. When I work, I have to order delivery for which I use the app. I always put in the notes that something is wrong with me and I’m addicted to Juice. Every time, my food arrives from the delivery driver and the bag is adorned in the sweetest notes from an unknown juice dealing employee. I think it’s hilarious and literally makes my day. Management, if you’re reading this- whoever this employee is, they’ve made it so that this location retains my business. Give that person a raise and make sure they never leave.
