"There was a hole in the gas tank, obviously it was not looked over. We got stranded on the freeway with no shoulder space to put gas in. We called uhaul for help, told them someone was on the way with gas but we wanted to inform them of the problem. Our friend arrived with gas while we were on the phone, the lady on the phone heard our friend say it was unsafe and we should call for serious help. The uhaul emergency roadside lady proceeded to say "it sounds like you have everything under control then. Have a nice day." She hung up. Right when she heard we have a serious problem. This is not the first time uhaul has more than failed me, but put me and my loved ones in danger. I will NEVER use uahul ever again. The employees clearly don't care about the quality of equipment they rent out and the roadside people have zero empathy for human life."

"I was assigned a cargo van supposedly 1/4 full, but the low fuel light was on and the gauge showed empty. So Grace got me another van right away which was also supposed to be 1/4 but was near the bottom of the red on the gauge, but not no light was on. They quickly changed the fuel level on the contract and had me on the road with only a short delay. After returning the van they determined that I had driven fewer miles than I anticipated, so my charge was less than the estimated. A very nice surprise. They took good care of me and and seemed to remember me from my rental a month ago. THAT is service! My only reason for not rating the location as '"excellent" is that they are apparently usually busy and there is no place to sit while waiting. They did not mind, though, that I sat on a pallet of flat boxes. Thanks for this opportunity to let you know what a good location this is. I've rented from a lot of U-Haul locations and this one is superior."
