"Didn’t deliver my mail after hold expired. I went to pick it up myself. The sign says they open at 9am. At 9:15 I gave up. I tried calling the phone # multiple times. No answer or any way to leave a message. Sent a request for an investigation a week ago. No resolution."
"I have never been in. I recently found my medicine was delivered here instead of my home . Not good at all !!! It has my address on it so deliver it to me!! I don't have time to be running around and then stand in a line to pick medicine!! It's to go to my home !! Lazy carrier or what !? Never had this happen before. I am sooo mad !!!"
"Bekka and the other gentleman at the front desk (Rafael I believe) are extremely helpful! It took multiple attempts, but they didn’t give up and worked together to find a piece of mail that had been redirected somehow. Great customer service!"
"I have received 3 packages in a parcel locker this week yet never received a key to any of them in my box. I have no idea where my packages are and no one can assist me."
"Our letter carrier insists on us moving our mailbox from our house to the bottom of our stairs, it's three stairs, despite the mailbox having been on the house for years. He goes up my neighbor's stairs just fine but refuses to deliver my mail until I move my mailbox. He pompously said I can file a complaint, knowing the manager & supervisor would not do anything about it. I live in a rental there is nowhere to move my mailbox to as the railing for my stairs is not wide enough for the mailbox I have no car to pick up my mail from the station, so because my letter carrier has had no power in his life and decided that with this position he does and just doesn't want to walk up my three stairs, I won't be getting mail. I've been dealing with letter carriers for 30 something years, never have I met one like this jerk."
