"The worst carrier service I have ever encountered. My delivery address is correct but they kept telling me I have to update information, I talked with them right away on the phone and scheduled a delivery a few days later, then the loop begins asking me to update information again and again.... eventually they told me the parcel is lost? (this has been already 2 weeks) I cannot contact the local store since the number they provided on here is just to the Arizona customer service center. They said they have no control of the team working locally... talk about internal communication??? And no camera footage of the delivery truck/service point is available. The customer service representative knows nothing and said cannot help me with anything because is beyond his control. They do raise their voices trying to stop me from asking them more questions about the parcel and the delivery. I want to solve the issue, they don't care if I file a complaint or not and they don't care if I do refund or not, DHL is such a big company that they have sufficient money to issue how many refunds they want. THEY DO NOT CARE IF THE PARCEL IS IMPORTANT TO YOU OR NOT. DO NOT USE THIER SERVICE. Most likely they will lose the parcel and ask you for a refund (or not, depends on the condition)"

I am utterly disgusted by the level of incompetence and disregard for customer service displayed by this company. I was promised delivery of my package on the 12th, only to be left waiting with no sign of my shipment. Each subsequent day brought empty promises of delivery, from the 13th to the 16th, yet my package remains stagnant, taunting me with its immobility. The frustration and inconvenience caused by DHL's inability to fulfill their basic obligation is unacceptable. My trust in this company has been shattered, and I will actively dissuade others from ever considering their services. DHL Shipping Express has not only failed to deliver my package but has also failed to deliver on their promises, leaving me thoroughly disappointed and enraged."
"DHL says they tried to deliver to our address. We were outside during the time they said they tried to deliver. There were no DHL vans or trucks anywhere to be seen. This is not the first time this has happened with DHL. Were we not forced to use them for this delivery, we would not. Customer service for the Seattle location is literally just a phone tree that loops you back to the beginning with absolutely no resolution. Highly unprofessional for a world wide company. Update: I have reached out per their response here. We have still not seen our product and despite being assured it would arrive yesterday (1/17/24). We have just received an update that it will be delivered today 1/18. It appears they say what they must to placate you for the day and just push it to the next day and the next. Again the unprofessionalism of this company is staggering."
"DHL agents lie and gaslight. Tracking is full of false info. Package arrived at this facility on 27th with delivery date of 28th scheduled. Told package would be delivered 28th by multiple reps who denied the online tracking info (handed to 3rd party) was accurate. Said would be delivered today FOR SURE by this local facility. It wasn't. No one will tell me who is 3rd party. No one will provide accurate tracking or delivery date. Apparently NO recourse and NO redelivery available if I'm not home when the mystery 3rd party tries to deliver on some mystery TBD date and instead returns to sender because there is no way to reschedule delivery now for when I can be home. DHL refuses to provide info or support over phone, website chat, or tracking site or provide any delivery options. Guess they're making a play for worst delivery company vs UPS now."
"By far the worst shipping company I’ve ever had to deal with. There were two people I talked to that were helpful but that was after I escalated my issues to a supervisor who did nothing more for me than the associate I talked to first. My first delivery from DHL Express tried to deliver my package 3 times before they even read my delivery instructions which they only give you 2 sentences worth. My package was undeliverable via the main entrance to my complex because the building has a high level of security so every door is locked and you have to enter through the parking garage. Had my directions been read or if the driver even carried a phone they could call me on they wouldn’t have had to make 4 attempts to deliver it! The same thing happened today with my delivery. It was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday because I wanted to be home to receive it but it was already in Seattle since Monday. My delivery was not only late but they still didn’t read my instructions. I escalated my complaint to the supervisor who did nothing and then I filed a complaint. I literally yelled at every person I talked to on the phone. A few people really went the distance for me and took note of my complaint and made an effort to ask them to try again on the same day but they never showed. On top of all that they are closed on weekends so my package will be about a week late by the time I actually get it. No other shipping company I know neglects to deliver on Saturdays at the least. I’m hoping they turn it around after I file another complaint if I don’t get it by Monday so I can clean up my review but I doubt it. I’ve never been so frustrated in my life. I don’t yell at people on the phone but I did with DHL!"
