"The "Asian" Gentleman who works the counter is ALWAYS unfailingly patient, helpful, and actually unusually personable for a postal worker. He obviously really cares about his job, and the customers. I only go in a few times a year, and he always somehow remembers things about me that make me feel like more than a number. Stick around, and you notice that he treats ALL of the customers like old friends. Really priceless."
