"These people are absolute liars. I get told one thing by a supervisor and then, next thing you know, all the sudden it doesn’t stand because that supervisor no longer works there when it comes to their garnishments. They are absolute money, hungry people the worst collection agency I’ve ever talk to they do not care if you’re going through anything they do not care to work with you. They’re just completely terrible. If I can give a -5 star I would I wouldn't even want to work here. I would absolutely hate my job every single day if I had to be these people, they have to be miserable because of how they treat people."

"Can anyone who has had to deal with this collection agency share one of the collectors names who is kind and reputable? Just got off the phone with one and she refused to set me up on a payment plan. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB and have gotten lawyers involved. I am all for paying my debt but I can not pay it all at once. I can't believe they wouldn't want to work with me? Thank you for any guidance. This feels highly illegal what they are doing."

"I was forced to give the 1 star. These people are harassing me. They were calling from disguised numbers. They even admitted to that over the phone. I called to make payment arrangements. They refused. They were given a bill that I owed to an Attorney who should retire from practicing law. I asked for an audit of my payments. That was never done. I do not like bullies."

"There is one lady at Fairway that I have dealt with who is awesome. I feel like she really cares about my situation and is willing to help whenever she can. I haven't had much luck with other people. When I first heard that I owed them, it was through garnishment. I called to see how I could go about stopping it and tried to explain my situation to the woman, she didn't care. She was extremely rude. She had zero customer service skills. So I got garnished $600 a month until they legally couldn't anymore. Mind you, this debt to them is not mine- it belongs to my ex husband. It is for a car that he had but since they claim they can't get ahold of him, they came after me. There is a court order signed by a judge that states that this is his debt but they do not care here at Fairway. As long as someone is paying them, it doesn't matter. Now I am backed in a corner and made to make monthly payments that I can't afford because if I do not, my wages will likely be garnished again."
